Ingredients
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Butter - 4.6 oz
- Brown Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Peanut Butter - 4.6 oz
- Unsalted peanuts, shelled - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Bring the butter to room temperature. Lightly beat the egg with a whisk.
Step 3
Using a mixer, beat the room temperature (soft) butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and peanut butter. Mix well. Then add the flour and baking powder, and thoroughly mix the dough. Finally, add the peanuts and mix them evenly into the dough.
Step 4
Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the sheet, slightly flattening the cookies, leaving about 4 cm between them, as the cookies will spread while baking. You will need to bake several trays in succession.
Step 5
Bake for about 10 minutes, keeping an eye on how the edges are baking. Leave on the baking sheet for another 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack with a spatula to cool and harden completely.
