Peanut Butter Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Cookie - 7.1 oz
  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 31.7 oz
  • 20% Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
  • Brown Sugar - 1 cup
  • Peanut Butter - 10.6 oz
  • Caramel Syrup - to taste
  • Peanut Sprouts - 3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Crush the cookies in a blender until crumbly, mix with softened butter and add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Press the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Place in the refrigerator.

Step 2

Take all the cream ingredients out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before cooking so they reach room temperature. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, thoroughly mix the mascarpone, eggs, sour cream, sugar, and a cup of peanut butter, then pour over the cookie base.

Step 3

Place in a preheated oven at 338°F (340 degrees Fahrenheit) for 1 hour. Put a baking tray with water in the bottom of the oven.

Step 4

Mix the caramel and remaining peanut butter and spread evenly over the cheesecake. Top with peanuts and refrigerate overnight.

Step 5

You can make the caramel at home. To do this, pour half a cup of water into a saucepan and add 3 tablespoons of sugar.
