Ingredients
- Butter - 8.1 oz
- Peanut Butter - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Brown Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Activated Baking Soda - 1½ spoons
- Salt - ½ spoons

Mix the butter, peanut butter, and sugar with a mixer.
Step 2
Add the eggs and mix until smooth.
Step 3
Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a separate bowl.
Step 4
Fold the flour into the butter mixture. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 5
Roll the dough into balls the size of a walnut and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. There should be a distance of 4–5 cm between the balls.
Step 6
Flatten each ball with a fork, creating a crosshatch pattern. Bake in a preheated oven at 374°F for about 10 minutes or until the cookies begin to turn golden.
