  • Milk - 1¼ cups
  • Activated Baking Soda - 2 teaspoons
  • Peanut Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
  • Peanut Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Chili jam - to taste
  • Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sift the flour and mix it with sugar, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, combine the milk, peanut paste, peanut butter, vanilla, and lightly beaten eggs. Combine both mixtures and mix well.

Step 2

Pour the batter onto a well-heated pancake skillet, spread it over the surface, and cook on both sides until done and golden brown.

Step 3

Serve with strawberry jam.
