Description
Pears should be very ripe and soft; then the filling literally melts in your mouth. Canned pears can be used. You can substitute bananas for the pears. You can use sour cream instead of cream.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 7.8 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Brown Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Liquid dark chocolate - 2.6 oz
- Pears - 4 pieces
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Vanilla salt - 0.2 oz
- Cream 22% - 4 fl oz
- Water - 2 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter, mix with the flour, and add salted water. Knead the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for half an hour.
Step 2
Roll out the dough, place it in a round mold with a diameter of 26 cm, and create edges. Prick the dough, cover with foil, and bake for 10 minutes at 392°F. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
Step 3
Chop the chocolate and evenly sprinkle it over the crust. Slice the pears thinly and layer them on top of the chocolate.
Step 4
Beat the egg and cream together, then pour over the filling. Place in the oven for 10 minutes at 392°F.
Step 5
Remove the tart, sprinkle with sugar, and bake for another 25 minutes at 356°F.
