Ingredients
- Buckwheat Groats - 8.8 oz
- Oat flakes - 3.5 oz
- Ground Almonds - 2.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Soy Vanilla Milk - 10 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Agave Syrup - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Pears - 1 piece
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Cocoa Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Cinnamon - a pinch
- Powdered Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix buckwheat flour with ground almonds and oat flour. You can use flour instead of oat flour.
Step 2
Add the beaten egg, salt, agave syrup, and oil.
Step 3
Grease the baking dish with oil and pour the prepared dough into it.
Step 4
Cut the pear lengthwise, remove the stem and seeds, then slice it into pieces lengthwise.
Step 5
Peel the banana and cut it lengthwise into thin strips.
Step 6
Arrange the pieces of pear and banana in the dough, slightly pressing them into it.
Step 7
Sprinkle cinnamon on top, then cocoa powder and powdered sugar.
Step 8
Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 175-356°F.
Step 9
Check readiness with a toothpick: if it comes out dry, it's ready to be taken out.
Step 10
Serve with maple syrup if desired.
