Ingredients
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
- Orange zest - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 4.6 oz
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Almonds - 1.8 oz
- Milk - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Pears - 2.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 374°F. Grease small molds with butter if necessary and set aside.
Step 2
Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer until fluffy. Then add the eggs, vanilla extract or sugar, and orange zest.
Step 3
Fold in the flour mixed with baking powder and ground almonds, mixing until smooth. Then incorporate the milk and honey, followed by the pear pieces.
Step 4
Divide the batter into the molds. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the cakes are golden at the edges and fully cooked. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
