- Pears - 2 lbs
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 8.8 oz
- Milk - 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla salt - a pinch
- Sour Cream - 1.1 oz
- Almond - 1 cup
- Pea purée - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide

Beat the eggs with sugar.
Step 2
Add the milk.
Step 3
Add the vanilla.
Step 4
Add the sour cream.
Step 5
Add the almond flour and mix.
Step 6
Wash and peel the pears, removing the core.
Step 7
Slice the pears thinly.
Step 8
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour half of the batter.
Step 9
Arrange the pears and pour the remaining batter on top.
Step 10
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 50 minutes. Garnish with pear puree when serving.
