Ingredients
- Pears - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Vanilla salt - a pinch
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 10.6 oz
- Chocolate - 1 piece
- 7 Grain Flakes - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add sugar to boiling water, then add whole pears. Cook for 8–10 minutes.
Step 2
Soften the cream cheese, add vanilla, and mix well.
Step 3
Mix the grain flakes with melted chocolate. Cover with plastic wrap, roll out to a thickness of about 0.5–1 cm, take cookie cutters and cut out the crust. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Cut the pears into small cubes and add them to the cream cheese.
Step 5
Remove the set crust, spread the resulting mixture on top. Return to the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes.
