Ingredients
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Cinnamon - a pinch
- Pears - 21.2 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel and finely chop the pears, place them in a saucepan.
Step 2
Add the juice of 1 lemon and sugar. Mix well.
Step 3
Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook until soft for about 20 minutes.
Step 4
Cool to room temperature, season with cinnamon, and blend with an immersion blender.
Step 5
Whip the cream and mix it with the pear puree.
Step 6
Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes.
