- Vanilla Ice Cream - 2 lbs
- Fresh Berries - 10.6 oz
- Pears - 17.6 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Sugar - 2.8 oz
- Liqueur - 1 fl oz
- Biscoff Cookie Butter - 7.1 oz
- Cream - 8 fl oz
- Pistachios - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the pears and blend the flesh with lemon juice and sugar in a blender. Add pear liqueur.
Step 2
Slightly thaw the vanilla ice cream at room temperature. Mix it with the pear puree.
Step 3
Whip the cream and gently fold it into the mixture.
Step 4
Rinse the blueberries with cold water and dry them. Set aside a few berries for decoration.
Step 5
In a dessert dish, layer the bottom with cookies. Add a layer of pear ice cream, followed by a layer of berries. Repeat. The top layer should be berries.
Step 6
Place in the freezer for a few hours.
Step 7
Before serving, sprinkle the dessert with chopped pistachios.
