- Sour Cream - 12.3 oz
- Pears - 6 pieces
- Salt - a pinch
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat one egg with a tablespoon of sugar, add butter, a tablespoon of sour cream, salt, and 120 g of flour. Knead the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Place the dough in a baking dish and create edges.
Step 3
Peel the pears, cut them in half, and remove the core. Arrange the pear halves on the dough.
Step 4
Mix the cottage cheese with the sour cream.
Step 5
Beat the eggs with sugar and add to the cottage cheese, then add 80 g of flour and mix well. Spread over the pears.
Step 6
Bake at 356°F for about 60 minutes and let cool.
