- Butter - 4.6 oz
- Sugar - 7 tablespoons
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Cognac - 1 teaspoon
- Pears - 3 pieces
- Cinnamon - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the dough, mix 90 g of butter, 5 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1 cup of flour, then spread the dough in the baking dish.
Step 2
Slice the pears and arrange them on top of the dough.
Step 3
Prepare the filling. Mix 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of cognac. Pour over the pears.
Step 4
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step 5
Place in the oven for about 15–20 minutes.
