  • Maple syrup - 3 fl oz
  • Dried Apricots - 6 pieces
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Raisins - 1 tablespoon
  • Oat flakes - 4.9 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Chop the dried apricots and pears coarsely.

Step 2

Heat the syrup, butter, and sugar, and mix. Add the flour and stir until smooth. Add the dried apricots and pears, and mix. Add the raisins and mix.

Step 3

Pour the batter into a baking dish and place it in a preheated oven at 356°F for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool in the oven.
