- Star anise - 2 pieces

- Green jasmine tea bags - 1 piece

- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon - 2 pieces
- Lime - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, bring a liter of water to a boil, then add sugar, 2 cinnamon sticks, star anise, honey, and the zest of two limes. Boil until the sugar dissolves, then submerge a tea bag in the liquid and steep the tea on low heat for three minutes. Remove the tea bag and add peeled pears to the water, cooking them on low heat for twenty minutes.
Step 2
Remove the saucepan from the heat, take out the pears and place them separately to cool. This will take about two and a half hours. After that, they can be served in deep plates, cut into pieces, and drizzled with the sauce from the saucepan, which should be enhanced with lime juice for freshness.
