Description
The cake needs to be removed from the mold very carefully — it will crumble, and crumbs will fly everywhere. But it is delicious and interesting!
Ingredients
- Butter - 8.8 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 4 tablespoons
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Vanillin - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the ingredients for the dough and rub them with your hands until crumbly (I ended up with something more like sand).
Step 2
For the filling, beat the eggs with sugar until frothy, add the cottage cheese, sour cream, vanillin, and flour.
Step 3
Grease a springform pan with a diameter of 26–28 cm (I have 24 cm) with butter and pour in a little more than half of the crumbs.
Step 4
Carefully pour the filling on top. Then, gently spread the remaining crumbs as the top layer.
Step 5
Bake at 356°F for 40–50 minutes.
