Pecan Biscuit Cookies
Ingredients
- Butter - 3.9 oz
- Pecan - 3.9 oz
- Brown Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 302°F.
Step 2
In a food processor, grind the pecans to a powder.
Step 3
Using a mixer, beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla, pecans, and flour, and mix well. Roll the dough into small balls, about the size of a walnut, and place them on a baking sheet, 3 cm apart. Bake for about 30 minutes until done and golden.
Step 4
Sift powdered sugar onto a plate. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let it sit for 2-3 minutes. Roll the cookies in the powdered sugar and place them back on the baking sheet. Return to the oven for 1 minute. Cool on the baking sheet.
