Ingredients
- Puff Pastry - 1 piece
- Suluguni Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 4 spoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thaw the puff pastry sheet at room temperature and cut it into 4 pieces.
Step 2
Dust the countertop with flour and roll out each piece of dough in all directions until it reaches the size of an A4 sheet.
Step 3
In the center of each sheet, place the grated suluguni cheese mixed with an egg and soft butter.
Step 4
Fold the corners towards the center to create an envelope shape.
Step 5
Bake the soufflés in a preheated oven at 428°F for 10 minutes until golden brown.
