Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grate the feta cheese using a coarse grater. Dice the tomatoes. Combine the feta, tomatoes, and egg. It will be very tasty to add some herbs as well.

Step 2

Cut the bell pepper in half, remove the stem and seeds. Fill with the mixture.
