- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Milk - 6 fl oz
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 6.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar until the mixture lightens and increases in volume by one and a half to two times. Add all the other ingredients and mix until smooth.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Pour the batter into small, lightly greased molds and bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 347°F and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown. Alternatively, cook in a frying pan or griddle that requires little oil.
Step 3
Serve warm. You can complement with a sweet sauce made from frozen berries blended with sugar.
