Ingredients
- 1% Kefir - 34 fl oz
- Pitted olives - 7 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the kefir in the freezer for 10 hours.
Step 2
Line a colander or sieve with several layers of cheesecloth.
Step 3
Remove the kefir from its packaging and place it on the cheesecloth. As it thaws, the whey will drain down.
Step 4
Once the resulting cheese has completely thawed, squeeze it through the cheesecloth and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
Step 5
Grind the salt into a powder using a coffee grinder.
Step 6
Add salt to the cheese and mix. Be careful not to overdo it.
Step 7
Season with ground pepper and mix again.
Step 8
Finely chop the olives.
Step 9
Add them to the cheese.
Step 10
Mix well and transfer to a storage container. Done!
