Description
For a 3-liter jar (ingredients listed above). You will need 2 tablets of aspirin.

- Dill - 309.2 oz
- Horseradish Leaves - 23092.3 oz
- Cucumbers - 3159.3 oz
- Garlic - 153.2 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Salt - 2.8 oz
- Vinegar essence - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In sterilized jars, layer the cucumbers with spices (add spices to taste), then sprinkle with salt, pour in cold water, cover with a lid, and let sit for 24 hours.
Step 2
After 24 hours, drain the brine into a pot, add sugar, bring to a boil, and simmer for a couple of minutes. Place 2 tablets of aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) into the jar with cucumbers and pour in the boiling brine, leaving space for the vinegar. Pour the vinegar up to the lid and seal.
