Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Imeretian cheese - 1.8 oz
- Suluguni Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Stracchino cheese - 2.5 oz
- Sugar - 0.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
To prepare the dough, mix all the ingredients (except for the cheese) until smooth and let it rest for 2 hours.
Step 2
Roll the dough into an oval shape.
Step 3
Grate Imeretian cheese and suluguni. Mix with stracciatella until homogeneous. Spread the mixture onto the dough. Then, shape the dough into a boat.
Step 4
Bake in the oven at 500°F for 5 minutes.
