Pie with Canned Mandarins

Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
  • Sugar - 8.8 oz
  • Butter - 8.8 oz
  • Canned Lemons - 3 cans
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Powdered Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Vanillin - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grate the lemon zest, then squeeze the juice from the fruit into a separate cup.

Step 2

Beat the softened butter, sugar, zest, and vanillin. Add the eggs.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and combine with the egg mixture. Cut 1/3 of the fruits and mix them into the dough.

Step 4

Spread the prepared mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, placing the remaining mandarins on top. Bake for about 1 hour at 356°F.

Step 5

Mix the lemon and mandarin juices and soak the pie with them. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
