Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - 1 can
- Peeled chestnuts - 4.6 oz
- Raisins - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour 2/3 of the condensed milk into a bowl, add the eggs, and beat with a mixer. Add the sugar, sifted flour, and baking powder. Beat again.
Step 2
Chop the walnuts into large crumbs. Rinse the raisins and dry them. Add the raisins and half of the walnuts to the batter.
Step 3
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Shake the dish to settle the batter. Place it in a preheated oven at 374°F (375 degrees Fahrenheit) for 35 minutes.
Step 4
Warm the milk without boiling it. Add it to the remaining condensed milk and stir (the resulting mixture should have the consistency of liquid sour cream).
Step 5
Pour this mixture over the hot pie to cover the entire top.
Step 6
Sprinkle the remaining walnuts on the surface. Cover the pie and let it sit in a warm place for 3 hours — it must infuse.
