Description
You can use any filling, even fresh berries and fruits. This pie with cottage cheese is very delicious.
Ingredients
- Margarine - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Mayonnaise - 8.8 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Jam - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the margarine and let it cool. Add mayonnaise, baking soda, flour, and sugar. Knead the dough. The dough should be soft.
Step 2
Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts. Freeze the smaller part in the freezer. Flatten the larger part by hand on a baking sheet or skillet, making high edges.
Step 3
Spread the filling evenly.
Step 4
Cover the pie with grated dough on top.
Step 5
Bake for 40 minutes at 356°F until golden brown.
