Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 9 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Blue Cheese - 2.5 oz
- Melted Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour and mayonnaise to knead a soft dough. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour.
Step 2
Place the dough in a round baking dish, forming a rim.
Step 3
Put the dish in a preheated oven at 392°F and bake the crust for 25 minutes.
Step 4
Grate the mozzarella cheese and spread it over the crust.
Step 5
Crumble the blue cheese and evenly sprinkle it over the mozzarella.
Step 6
Finely chop the green onion. Place it on top of the cheese.
Step 7
Carefully crack one egg in the center of the pie. Crack the remaining eggs around it, keeping the yolks intact. The eggs should cover the entire surface of the pie.
Step 8
Bake the pie in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
