Ingredients
- Walnuts - 1 cup
- Boiling water - 1 teaspoon
- Raisins - 1 cup
- Apple - 2 lbs
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Granulated sugar - 1 cup
- Cinnamon - a pinch
- Vanilla salt - a pinch
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Sour Cream - 1 cup
- Strawberry - 1 piece
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the walnuts finely.
Step 2
Wash and peel the apples.
Step 3
Remove the core from the apples and cut them into small wedges.
Step 4
Pour boiling water over the raisins.
Step 5
Beat the eggs with sugar.
Step 6
Add cinnamon, vanilla, and the baking soda quenched with boiling water, and mix thoroughly.
Step 7
Add flour and mix thoroughly.
Step 8
Add sour cream and mix thoroughly.
Step 9
Combine the walnuts with the batter and mix well.
Step 10
Drain the raisins, mix them with the batter, and mix thoroughly.
Step 11
Spread half of the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 12
Place the apples on top of the batter and pour the remaining batter over them.
Step 13
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 1 hour. Let cool before serving and garnish with strawberries.
