Ingredients
- Kefir - 7 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 2½ cups
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Pike - 21.2 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Pork fat - 7.1 oz
- Potato - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dough: Add baking soda, oil, and flour to the kefir, knead the dough, and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
Step 2
Filling: Separate the pike from the bones, grind the pike and pork fat in a meat grinder, chop the onion and potato into small cubes, add salt and pepper, and mix.
Step 3
Cut the dough into portioned pieces, roll them out, place the filling, and shape the pies.
Step 4
Bake at 180–392°F for 25–30 minutes.
