- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Prunes - 14.1 oz
- Dry yeast - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix flour, milk, yeast, eggs, butter, 50 g of sugar, and salt to make the dough and leave it in a warm place for 2 hours.
Step 2
For the filling, pour hot water over the prunes, let them soften, then chop finely and mix with sugar.
Step 3
Make small balls from the dough for the pies, roll them into flat rounds, place the filling in the center of each round, and pinch the edges.
Step 4
Place the pies on a greased baking sheet, let them rise for 15 minutes, then brush with a mixture of egg and sour cream.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 392°F.
