Description
This recipe is a dairy-free and sugar-free yogurt alternative, and according to culinary rules, it's more of a delicious and healthy smoothie. In our region, fresh pineapple yogurt is somewhat of a bourgeois breakfast, but it's a good alternative to foreign ready-made products. For a less healthy but more accessible option, you can use canned pineapple.
Ingredients
- Pineapple - 7.1 oz
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 1 cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the pineapple into cubes (about 1/3 of a pineapple will yield 1 cup of cubes). Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Cut the flesh into pieces.
Step 2
Blend all the ingredients in a blender, adding between 0.5 to 1 cup of water depending on the desired thickness. Sprinkle with your favorite nuts.
