- Vanilla salt - 1.1 oz
- Butter - 4.4 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Chopped almonds - 3.5 oz
- Pineapple - 1 piece
- Desiccated coconut - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift. Add regular and vanilla sugar, eggs, melted butter, and chopped almonds.
Step 2
Place the batter into round molds. Top with pineapple slices. Put shredded coconut in the center of the pastries.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 356°F and bake the pastries for 35 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle the finished pastries with shredded coconut.
