- Sugar - 1 glass
- Canned Pineapple Chunks - 1 can

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the egg whites with 1/2 cup of sugar (adding it gradually) until stiff peaks form. Beat the yolks with 1/2 cup of sugar. Combine the egg whites with the yolks. Add the sifted flour. The batter is ready when it has the consistency of thick sour cream.
Step 2
