Ingredients
- Pineapple - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Dry White Wine - 8 fl oz
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - ½ l
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the pineapple and cut it into slices about the thickness of a finger. Remove the tough core to create rings. Place them on paper towels.
Step 2
Separate the yolks and beat them with salt and sugar. Add the flour. Dilute with wine and mix again.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites well and gently fold them into the batter.
Step 4
Heat the oil. Dip a pineapple ring into the batter and immediately immerse it in the oil. Fry until golden brown, then place on a towel to drain excess fat. Repeat with the remaining pineapple.
Step 5
When serving, arrange the pineapple on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
