- Coconut flakes - 1 cup
- Sour Cream - 1 cup
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Glutinous Rice Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Canned Pineapple Chunks - 1 can
- Bananas - 4 pieces
- Kiwi - 5 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the coconut flour and sour cream, and let it swell while preparing the pie.

In a separate pot, mix the wheat flour and rice flour.
Step 3
Add the eggs and sugar to the wheat and rice flour and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Add the sour cream with coconut flour to the dough and mix well.

Cut the pineapple into pieces.
