- Sugar - 3 spoons
- Oranges - 4 pieces
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Rum - 1 fl oz
- Vanilla Ice Cream - 21.2 oz

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Pour the sugar into a hot skillet and add the butter.
Step 3
When it turns into a thick sauce, add peeled and diced pineapple and sauté it in the bubbling sauce.
Step 4
Pour in the orange juice and rum, and simmer until the sauce thickens again.
Step 5
Serve with ice cream, in a glass.
