Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 15.9 oz
  • Dry yeast - 0.1 oz
  • Water - 8 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
  • Sugar - 0.4 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 6 pieces
  • Ramsons - 4.2 oz
  • Scallions - 1.8 oz
  • Dill - 1.1 oz
  • Butter - 1.1 oz
  • Salt - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Dissolve the yeast in warm water for the starter, add sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour, mix well, and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Add the remaining flour, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and oil to the starter mixture, then knead until a soft dough forms. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Boil 5 eggs hard, cool them down, peel the shells, and chop finely.

Finely chop the garlic chives, green onions, and dill.

In a skillet, heat the butter and sauté the ramsons over medium heat for 2–3 minutes. Then add the remaining herbs, stir, and remove from heat.

Mix the green filling with the boiled eggs and season with salt to taste.

Knead the dough, divide it into small pieces, and roll them into circles.

Place filling in the center of each circle and pinch the edges to form pastries.

Place the pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down. Brush them with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown.
