- Wheat Flour - 8.5 oz
- Salt - ½ spoons
- Powdered Sugar - 1.2 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Pistachios - 2.1 oz
- Vanilla salt - 2 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the cardamom seeds with the rice in a mortar and pestle, discarding the cardamom shells. Combine the flour with the rice, cardamom, salt, powdered sugar, and butter. This can be done using a mixer or by hand.
Step 2
Roll out the dough into a thick pancake, cover it with plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator for an hour.

Chop the green pistachios into fine crumbs using a large sharp knife.
Step 4
Brush the dough with lightly beaten egg, sprinkle with chopped pistachios, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for another half hour.
Step 5
Using a round cutter with sharp edges, cut out cookie shapes from the dough, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and put them in an oven preheated to 302°F. Bake for twenty minutes. Serve chilled.
