Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
  • Butter - 5.3 oz
  • Pistachios - 5.3 oz
  • Sugar - 7.1 oz
  • Milk - 7 fl oz
  • Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
  • Freeze-dried strawberry powder - 5.3 oz
  • Citrus Zest Mix - 0.2 oz
  • Baking Powder - 0.2 oz
  • Salt - a pinch
  • White Chocolate - 7.1 oz
  • Pistachios - 1.1 oz

Prepare all the ingredients. Take the eggs and butter out of the refrigerator in advance.

Cut the dried strawberries into small pieces.

Beat the butter with sugar until pale in color.

Add the eggs to the egg-sugar mixture. It’s better to add them gradually, one at a time.

Next, add the pistachio paste.

Pour warm milk into the batter.

Sift the flour with salt and baking powder and gradually mix it into the batter.

Bake the breads at 320°F for 1 hour. Then cool on a rack.
