Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Take the eggs and butter out of the refrigerator in advance.
Step 2
Cut the dried strawberries into small pieces.
Step 3
Beat the butter with sugar until pale in color.
Step 4
Add the eggs to the egg-sugar mixture. It’s better to add them gradually, one at a time.
Step 5
Next, add the pistachio paste.
Step 6
Pour warm milk into the batter.
Step 7
Sift the flour with salt and baking powder and gradually mix it into the batter.
Step 8
Dust the strawberries with flour and add them to the batter.
Step 9
Spoon the batter into molds, filling them ⅔ full.
Step 10
Bake the breads at 320°F for 1 hour. Then cool on a rack.
Step 11
While the breads are cooling, prepare the glaze. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath. Let it cool slightly.

Drizzle the bread with white chocolate. When the chocolate sets a bit, decorate with lemon zest and sprinkle with pistachios.
Step 13
Serve for the Easter holiday.
