- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Coarse Salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Chopped almonds - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grease a small baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine sugar, honey, and 30 ml of water. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. Cook without stirring until golden, about 4–5 minutes.
Step 3
Then carefully pour it in a thin layer onto the prepared baking sheet and immediately sprinkle with nuts and salt. Allow to cool.
Step 4
Break into pieces.
