- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Cardamom - 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla Pod - 1 piece
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grease the baking dish with butter, line it with parchment paper, grease the paper with butter as well, and dust it with flour.
Step 2
In a food processor, grind the pistachios into a flour, then mix with the wheat flour, cardamom, and baking powder.
Step 3
Beat the butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Combine the milk with vanilla. Mix the pistachio flour with the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla milk. Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake for twenty minutes. Once the cake is ready, cut it into pieces and let it cool.
