- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Water - 7 fl oz
- Salt - 0.1 oz
- Sugar - 0.2 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take 30 ml of warm water (37–104°F) from the total amount, add sugar and yeast, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Mix flour, salt, and vegetable oil. Add the remaining water (80 ml). Knead the dough. Let it cool slightly and add the yeast mixture, knead again, and place it in a bag to rest for 20–30 minutes.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 5 pieces, roll out small flatbreads, and cook them in a dry skillet on both sides.
