  • Vegetable Oil - 5 tablespoons

Sift the flour, add water, salt, and knead into a sticky dough.

Step 2

Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Divide the dough into 12 pieces and roll them into thin flatbreads.

Step 4

Heat the vegetable oil and fry the flatbreads on both sides.

Step 5

Place the flatbreads on parchment paper to remove excess oil.
