Plum and Apple Pie
Ingredients
- Apple - 3 pieces
- Plums - 10 pieces
- Brown Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 6.3 oz
- Natural Yogurt - 4 fl oz
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar. Add yogurt and milk. Whisk together.
Step 2
Cut the apples (350 g peeled) and plums (4 large) into pieces. Combine with the egg and milk mixture.
Step 3
Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix well.
Step 4
Pour the batter into a baking dish. Slice the remaining plums (6 pieces) and arrange on top of the batter. Optionally, sprinkle with sugar and place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 30–40 minutes (depending on your oven).
Step 5
Remove the finished pie from the oven, let it cool completely in the dish. Transfer to a serving plate.
