Plum and Chocolate Pie
Ingredients
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 6.3 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Milk - 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Baking Powder - 1½ teaspoons
- Prunes - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate - 1.8 oz
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Cream the butter with 80 g of sugar.
Step 2
Add the eggs and mix well.
Step 3
Add the milk and mix.
Step 4
Add the baking powder and flour, knead a not very thick dough.
Step 5
Chop the chocolate and prunes into small pieces.
Step 6
Add the chocolate and prunes to the dough.
Step 7
Line a square baking dish (20x20 cm) with parchment paper.
Step 8
Pour the dough into the dish. Bake the pie at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes (until golden brown).
Step 9
Whip the sour cream with 100 g of sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
Step 10
Pour the sour cream mixture over the hot pie. Let it cool. Then, if desired, cut the pie into small squares.
