Description
In this recipe, the amount of plums regulates the juiciness of the cake; the more plums, the juicier the cake will be. If you happen to be out of cocoa, grated dark chocolate will work just fine. Nuts can also be substituted with almonds or cashews, whichever you have or prefer. If serving the cake warm, it will be simply delightful with ice cream.

- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Plums - 2 lbs
- Nutmeg - 1 teaspoon
- Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Walnuts - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 4.2 oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Cocoa Powder - 3 tablespoons
- Drinking Yogurt - 10 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the main ingredients.

You will also need sugar, cocoa, and yogurt.

In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, nutmeg, eggs, and sugar (100 g).

Add yogurt.

Add flour, baking powder, and vanillin.

Mix everything and pour into a baking dish.

Arrange the plums on top as desired.

Chop the walnuts and distribute them evenly over the surface of the cake.

Sprinkle the cake with cocoa.

Add a little granulated sugar on top and bake in the oven for 45–50 minutes at 356°F.

Once the cake is ready, let it cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar for decoration.
