Knead the dough.

Cut the plums into quarters and remove the pit.

Step 7

Place the dough in a greased baking dish.

Arrange the plums in a circle on top, pressing one edge into the dough.

Step 9

Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the dough is set.
