Ingredients
- Plums - 2.1 oz
- Sugar - 1 cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the plums and place them in a 3-liter jar (approximately a little less than half full).
Step 2
Boil water. Pour boiling water over the jars with plums and wait for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the water (without the fruit) into a pot and bring it to a boil.
Step 4
Add sugar to the boiling water. Once the sugar dissolves, pour the resulting sugar solution back into the jars.
Step 5
Seal the jars with lids and wrap them in a blanket for a day.
