  • Ground Oats - 5.6 oz
  • Plums - 21.2 oz
  • Maple syrup - to taste

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 392°F. In a large bowl, mix the flour with the butter, rubbing it with your fingers. Add the sugar and oats, combining the mixture into a dough.

Cut the plums in half and remove the pits. Place them in a baking dish and drizzle with maple syrup. Crumble the prepared dough on top. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the fruit starts to bubble.
