Ingredients
- Plums - 6 pieces
- 7 Grain Flakes - 0.7 oz
- Oat flakes - 2.1 oz
- Ground Almonds - 2 tablespoons
- Pear Jam - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - to taste
- Grapeseed Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the plums into quarters, place them in a saucepan, and put on medium heat. Simmer for about 5 minutes. If necessary, add a tablespoon of water. Remove from heat and add honey to taste.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the cereal, flour, and ground almonds. Add 2 tablespoons of jam and oil. Mix until crumbly.
Step 3
In baking dishes, first layer the plums, then top with the flour crumble, pressing down well. Prick with a fork. Place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15–20 minutes, depending on the size of the dishes.
